This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

1.Any vouchers advertised on our website are subject to specific terms & conditions. This is also relevant to any 3rd party’s advertising on behalf of Cove24.

2.Please ensure you take note of the validity dates which will be clearly displayed on the voucher itself, the voucher will expire at midnight of the expiry date shown. Vouchers are valid for a specified period of time from the date of issue, this is clearly stated on the voucher.

3.All services being offered against a voucher must be pre-booked, at this time the use of the voucher must be quoted. The physical voucher must be presented up on your arrival of the booking.

4.The voucher is only redeemable at Cove24. The voucher is not redeemable at any external promotions or events off the restaurant premises which may include the name “Cove24”.

5.The voucher cannot be exchanged for any other payment type such as physical cash or card credit, this also includes the event that the total voucher amount is not used. If the voucher is lost or out of date we cannot refund any amount.

6.Any vouchers purchased for a specific experience only cover the base value amount. Any supplements or extra’s will be chargeable. Example: 3 course experience will cover the value of £34, steak supplement is an additional amount therefore will be chargeable.

7.Online terms & conditions supersede any printed collateral. All of our vouchers are redeemable subject to availability in which they all include 20% VAT.

8.Only the original voucher may be used, any self-made copies will not be accepted.
